Becoming a fitness model

Some of the most basics of becoming a fitness model actually start with the basics of simply becoming fit. The general rule applies to everyone and not just hot girls, you’ve probably heard them before. However, this time around since you’ve chosen this path, it will be rewarding and true to hear them again since you’re now ready to actually follow them.

There are three main elements to becoming fit and all of them require special care and attention. If you get just these three things right out of all of the things you can do, you’ll have success. You'll also have no trouble at all making bikini photos for the internet.

Food

Most people generally already know that overeating and eating food that has more than about 11 grams of fat per meal will cause rapid weight gain. The general rule to follow is to eat breakfast like a king, eat dinner like a prince and eat supper like a popper. If your going to eat fat above 11 grams make it for breakfast only and it will be fine.

This simple rule alone will cause weight loss or your weight will stay the same. If you’re looking to tone up and build a bit of muscle, you’ll want to either add protein supplements to your diet or else eat steak or chicken for dinner.

Exercise

Cardio is the secret to losing unwanted body and fat around your waist. 45 minutes to 1 hour of cardio is all that is needed, 3 times per week or more in order to lose weight. Combined with a good food as mentioned above, you’ve got an excellent start and even if you follow these first two rules alone, you’ll definitely become fit.

Many people agree that if you want to build muscle and tone up, you’ll want to consider starting to lift weights and increase the protein in your diet. The increase in protein will help repair, build and tone the muscles while you sleep the next night.

Sleep

It’s important to try to get 8 full hours of sleep each night if you can. It’s ok to go one, two or three days with less, but remember not to exercise on that day or you may reverse the process of building muscle.

The reason why you may reverse the process is because your muscles didn’t have time to heal the first time around so you may damage them too much which requires a couple days of healing instead of just one night.
